Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Sevio Inc. ("Service Provider"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sevio platform, you agree to these Terms unequivocally. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2License & Usage Rights

Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of fees, Sevio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

Restrictions: You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service to third parties without a separate Enterprise Reseller Agreement.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, illegal content, or conduct fraudulent activities.
• Access the Service for the purpose of building a competitive product.

3Subscription & Payment

Fees: Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). All payments are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

Price Changes: Sevio reserves the right to modify pricing tiers with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

4Disclaimer of Warranties

5Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sevio Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Cap on Liability: Sevio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sevio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6Termination

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. We also reserve the right to terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice (in which case a pro-rated refund for unused time may be issued).

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to termination.
